Toshiba was prompted to establish the Flexible Workplace SIG following the ‘ Mobility and Mistrust ' research report that showed there were many advantages and of course challenges for organisations and employees in adopting a flexible workplace.

Role of the SIG

  • Provide leadership in the development of flexible workplace practices in Australia and New Zealand
  • Create a network of flexible workplace experts and resources
  • Help organisations understand the issues and develop solutions for successful flexible working
