The Redemption Website is CLOSED.

The eligibility period (26/10/2006 - 15/03/2007) for the program has expired.

The online redemption period for the Program ended on March 31, 2007.

All 'Proof of Purchase' details for customers who had placed their orders was due to be submitted to the
