New TOPIC Service Administrator:

For a new TOPIC Service Administrator, Service Partners need to request in writing from the Toshiba Service Parts Team on - isdserviceaccounts@toshiba-tap.com

New TOPIC Service User:

For a new TOPIC Service User with an existing service account, contact your designated TOPIC Service Administrator who will be able to set you up as a new user.

Failure to enter correct details will result in your login profile being deactivated after five(5) attempts. Utilise forgotten password feature prior to this limit (valid username will still be required).
